Access to and use of this website both within the UK and internationally is provided by Statix on the terms set out below.
These terms are subject to change from time to time without notice so should be checked regularly. Continued use of this website will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms.

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights in and on this website are vested in Statix or its licensors. All rights reserved. Reproduction of part or all of the contents of this website in any form is prohibited other than for personal use or internal business use only and may not be recopied and shared with a third party. All copyright notices in the original material must be retained. This website may not modified, disassembled, decompiled or reverse engineered in any way for any commercial purpose. The permission to recopy for personal and internal business use does not allow for incorporation of material or any part of it in any other website, electronic retrieval system, publication or any other work (whether hard copy, electronic or otherwise). Statix is not responsible for any file downloads.

Statix does not warrant that functions, materials and information available on this website (and/or linked to this website) will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or its server are free of viruses or bugs and other items of a destructive nature. 4. General
The failure or delay of Statix to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Statix' right to enforce that right. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
5. Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
5.1 Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return the item(s) to Statix for a refund using the form on the Returns page. This excludes mixed paint. All items must be returned in their original packaging no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Return of the item is the customer’s responsibility and they will pay for any delivery costs back to Statix. Refunds will be processed once the product has been received and inspected by Statix and within 72 hours. Refund can only be made to the original payment method. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded on the return of products that are not faulty and includes orders that have had free delivery offer on the items as the value was over £45.00. The usual delivery charge of £6.95 will apply. This means you will be credited the amount for the products minus the delivery charge to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5.1.1 Mixed Paint
We are unable to accept any returns for paint that has been mixed for the customer. It it the customer's responsibility to select the correct colour at the time of ordering.
5.2 Cancellations
Cancellations can be made at any point before despatch. Should you wish to cancel an order, then the customer must notify Statix immediately using the online contact form or via email contact@statix-electrical.co.uk.
5.1 Damaged or Faulty Items
Refer to the Returns Policy page for more detail. Requests for exchanges or refunds on faulty and damaged items should be made using the online Returns form. Upon the return of damaged or faulty items an exchange or full refund will be given. If a product is damaged or faulty, contact Statix immediately and no later than 30 days after receipt. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
