Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30 day refunds, return and exchange policy.

Use the form below to let us know you wish to return an item.

Once you have filled out the form, you will then be sent a Return Authorisation reference, be sure to place that inside the package before you send it. This will quicken the return process.

Next, package the goods securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Orginal packaging should be used where possible. Otherwise, suitable alternative but protective packaging can be used.

Send the items to the address on the Returns Label provided. A return label will have been sent with your order. A confirmation label will also be sent with the Return Authorisation reference.

Unwanted Items
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, then you can return it to us within 30 days in its original condition and receive a refund. By original condition, the item should be unused, unopen and undamaged. Please note that we do not accept returns for tailor-made mixed paint.

Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded on the return of products that have been refused delivery or that are not faulty - this includes orders that have had free delivery offer on the items as the value was over £45.00. The usual delivery charge of £6.95 will apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items Damaged in Transit
We do our utmost to protect and package your order in order to minimise any damage that can occur during delivery. Items damaged during delivery can be returned for a replacement or refund using the form below. Please note: for paint items, due to the nature of the product, some superficial damage can occur to the tin iteself e.g. slight dents and indentations. Such dents do not affect the quality or contents of the tin and the paint remains 100% usable.

Faulty items
If any of your items are faulty, then please use the form below to let us know. You can return it for a replacement or full refund up to 30 days after delivery.

Refunds are normally processed within 72 hours of a return. Refunds will only be made to the orginal payment method. Refunds will not include any outbound delivery cost charged at the time of order unless the goods delivered were faulty, damaged or sent to you as a result of our error.
